1. No Refunds

Since GuardRepo AI operates on immediate infrastructure resources (computing containers, third-party LLM tokens, and database storage) initialized at the moment of scanning, **we do not offer refunds or credits for any purchases, active plans, or unused scan quotas.** All sales are final.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time directly through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your paid plan will remain active with its associated limits until the end of the current monthly billing period, and no further charges will be made.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing error or have disputes about a transaction, please contact us at support@guardrepo.com directly. We work to resolve billing inaccuracies promptly and fairly.
