1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GuardRepo AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service & Code Scans

GuardRepo AI provides automated security reviews for GitHub repositories. You represent that you own or have the explicit authorization to scan any repository link submitted to our service.

3. Data Retention & Privacy

We respect your IP. We temporarily clone your repository to run static analyses. The source code files are completely purged from our ephemeral storage nodes within 1 hour. Only the vulnerability reports persist in our database.

4. Subscription & Billing

We charge recurring subscription fees based on your selected plan. Payments are processed securely via our gateway partners (Razorpay). Quotas reset on your billing cycle anniversary.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. While our AI analysis maps security risks like the OWASP Top 10, we do not guarantee 100% vulnerability detection, nor do we certify that your code is completely immune to cyberattacks.
